Refund Policy

Effective date: August 3, 2026

The short version: cancel anytime. Canceling stops every future charge, and you keep premium access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer refunds for time that's already been billed.

Canceling

• Cancel anytime from your account page ("Manage subscription") — no questions, no retention hoops.
• Canceling stops all future charges immediately. Your premium access stays active until the end of the current billing period, then simply doesn't renew.
• No contract, no cancellation fee.

Refunds

• We don't provide refunds for a billing period that has already begun, including unused time. Because you can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you paid for, canceling is how you stop paying.
• Where the consumer law that applies to you requires a refund, that law takes precedence over this policy.

Charged by mistake?

If you spot a genuine billing error — like a duplicate charge — email [email protected] and we'll look into it and fix anything that went wrong on our end.
